Our latest project "Mountain View Residency" is an Approved Residential Layout in Nanguneri, 25 km from Tirunelveli and 55 km from Kanyakumari in Southern Tamil Nadu. There are a total of 66 plots, most of which are of 3 cents area and 5 shops.

One of the largest Special Economic Zones (SEZ) projects in India is coming up in Nanguneri in a 2500 acres area in Nanguneri. Seven product specific SEZs have been proposed and the projects are promoted by TIDCO, a Government of Tamil Nadu Enterprise. The land procurement for these SEZs have been completed in June 2007 and the site infrastructure development is currently in progress.

The proposed SEZs would be for Information technology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics and Hardware, Manufacturing, Engineering Industries, Auto Components, Logistics based companies. Nanguneri also lies on NH-7, which is part of the Four-Lane North-South Corridor Highway project connecting Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
